 The Worker / Industrial Athlete

Exercise programs for working people are designed under the exact guidelines that a program for an athlete is developed. The same biomechanical analysis, exercise selection, progression process and periodization scheme is used. Therefore, your exercise program will be structured around the physical problems of the workplace environment.
