Working with Olympic athletes has taught our trainers how to design elite programs, customized to help athletes prepare for their events or to recover during off-season. After a 3D Bio-Structural Assessment, our trainers will design an athlete’s program by focusing on:

· Primary goal

· History of/or current injury (if any)

· Time frame to achieve their goal

· Training schedule

· Athlete’s physical ability

· Performance enhancement
