Mind Body Motion is a Holistic Health and Fitness Facility. Meaning, to help you reach your goals we consider your body as a whole with all of your systems, such as skeletal, digestive, nervous and muscular, all working together and reacting to your environment which influences how you think, feel and move. At Mind Body Motion we have three pillars that makeup our office to help you reach your goals: corrective massage, integrated movement, and functional nutrition. Whether you are in pain, wanting to live a healthier life, or training for an athletic event, our team can help you get there. We correct muscle imbalances and have nutrition recommendations your body needs to fuel itself throughout the day; which in turn will allow you to move more freely and efficiently. We believe that focusing on one of the pillars will only get you so far, but by incorporating all three will allow you to be the best you can be and live your life to the fullest, pain-free.
